On Monday’s Aspen Thrift Shop meeting we had a visitor from Pauline S. Schneegas Wildlife Foundation. A rescued owl named Screech was brought in during their grant presentation. The Pauline S. Schneegas Wildlife Foundation is located in rural Garfield County near the town of Silt. The Mission Statement of the Schneegas Wildlife Foundation is to provide quality, professional care and rehabilitation for injured or orphaned wildlife, in conjunction with educational programs on wildlife and environmental issues.
