Please fill out entire form so we can send your college your scholarship check. Also, email us a copy of your proof of registration (class schedule). If your class registration isn't ready until later in the summer, that is fine. Please e-mail scholarship@aspenthriftshop.org that you are working on obtaining your class registration.

We also do not want your financial aid or other scholarships to be impacted by your Aspen Thrift Shop Scholarship. If you think you will loose funding, please contact us at scholarship@aspenthriftshop.org. We will work together for a solution.
